    I have been on a mission to kick my Diet Mt. Dew habit, and it was all I used to drink. A friend generously gifted me a 5ml bottle of Lemon doTERRA Canada, and I decided to give it a try in an effort to up my water intake (not a huge fan of water). I added a few drops to my ice water, and I must say, it was incredibly refreshing! Now, I find myself reaching for water most of the time, so I will definitely be purchasing more. Initially, the price seemed a bit steep, but that 5ml bottle lasted me nearly a month. Considering how much I used to spend on soda, this is actually saving me money while also treating my body better.
