Essential Canuck is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact us. We solve all issues.

Return Policy Overview

  • All returns of unopened items must be made within 30 days of receipt. Opened bottles of essential oil may not be returned for refund.
  • Refunds will be given as money back or item exchange based on buyers choice.
  • Buyer pays for all return shipping.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to your return.
  • Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a return merchandise approval (RMA).

Return Policy Details

  • Before returning an item you must contact us to obtain a return approval (RMA number). Unopened bottles of essential oil or new items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement/exchange item. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in the original box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and/or accessories must also be included in their original condition.
  • Shipping an item back to Essential Canuck without contacting us first, may lead to refused delivery on our side and package being returned to you, at your cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved.
  • Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (since the carrier will be charging us for both ways). To avoid any confusion, please make sure we authorized your return.
  • If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. A valid phone number is required for shipping and may be used for payment verification & shipping protection. The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (again, the cost of shipping back and forth).
